Returns, Refunds & Liability Policy

At Acrylic Studio, most of our products are custom-made and produced specifically for each customer. Please review the following policy before placing your order.

Returns & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom, personalized, or made-to-order items.

Please carefully review all design proofs, dimensions, spelling, colors, and order details before approving production.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@acrylicstudio.ca.

To submit a claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A description of the issue

Claims without sufficient photo evidence may not be eligible for review.

Once we review the claim, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Send a replacement product
  • Repair the item when applicable
  • Issue a partial refund
  • Issue a full refund

The resolution offered will depend on the nature and severity of the issue.

Shipping Damage

If damage occurred during shipping, customers must retain all original packaging materials until the claim has been reviewed and resolved.

Failure to provide photographs of both the damaged item and packaging may result in denial of the claim.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Made-to-order products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged due to improper installation, handling, misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications made by the customer

Installation & Product Liability

Customers are solely responsible for the proper installation, mounting, handling, and use of all products purchased from Acrylic Studio.

By purchasing and using our products, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for their installation and use.

Acrylic Studio shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, property damage, consequential damages, or other claims resulting from:

  • Improper installation
  • Improper handling
  • Product misuse
  • Failure to follow installation instructions
  • Accidents involving the product after delivery

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that products are installed securely and safely in an appropriate location.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after it has been issued. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
