PROCESSING TIMES
Most of our products are custom-made to order.
Production times vary depending on the product, order volume, and design requirements. Estimated production times are provided on product listings when available.
For many custom orders, a digital mockup will be provided for approval before production begins. Production will not start until the mockup has been approved.
Please note that production times and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
We ship across Canada using trusted shipping carriers.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.
Acrylic Studio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, labor disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES
We ship to the United States.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, and any other charges imposed by customs authorities or government agencies.
Acrylic Studio is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or additional fees that may apply after shipment.

LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available from our Mississauga location.

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.
Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your order.
Orders should be picked up within a reasonable timeframe after notification.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Acrylic Studio is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee carrier decisions or delivery timelines.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@acrylicstudio.ca.
To submit a damage claim, please provide:

Clear photos of the damaged item

Clear photos of the packaging

A description of the issue
Claims submitted without sufficient photo evidence may not be eligible for review.
After reviewing the claim, Acrylic Studio may, at its sole discretion:

Replace the item

Repair the item

Issue a partial refund

Issue a full refund
The resolution offered will depend on the nature and severity of the damage.
UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to pay customs fees, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-shipped.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
