PRODUCTS AND CUSTOM ORDERS

Many of our products are custom-made and personalized according to customer specifications.

While we make every effort to accurately display colors, materials, finishes, and product details, actual products may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, material characteristics, and manufacturing processes.

Minor variations in color, size, finish, or appearance are normal and shall not be considered defects.

MOCKUP APPROVALS

For most custom orders, customers will receive a digital mockup for approval before production begins.

Once a mockup has been approved, the customer accepts responsibility for all spelling, wording, dimensions, layout, design elements, and other details shown in the proof.

Changes, cancellations, or corrections may not be possible once production has started.

Certain pre-designed products may not include a mockup prior to production.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion.

Prices, product availability, and specifications may change without notice.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Production and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Acrylic Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, labor disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

USA ORDERS AND CUSTOMS

Customers outside Canada, including customers in the United States, are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, and other government-imposed charges.

Acrylic Studio is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or additional fees charged by customs authorities.

Customers are encouraged to contact us before placing an order if they have questions regarding shipping or import costs.

LOCAL PICKUP

Customers selecting local pickup will be notified when their order is ready.

Orders should be collected within a reasonable timeframe after notification.

Acrylic Studio reserves the right to limit storage of completed orders that remain uncollected for extended periods.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including logos, images, designs, graphics, text, product listings, and other materials, is the property of Acrylic Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acrylic Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, installation, or misuse of our products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

INSTALLATION AND PRODUCT LIABILITY

Customers are solely responsible for the proper installation, mounting, handling, maintenance, and use of all products purchased from Acrylic Studio.

Acrylic Studio shall not be held responsible for any injury, death, property damage, loss, accident, or claim resulting from:

Improper installation
Improper mounting methods
Failure of mounting surfaces
Product misuse
Unauthorized modifications
Failure to follow installation instructions
Accidents occurring after delivery

By purchasing our products, customers acknowledge and accept full responsibility for ensuring products are installed safely and securely.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Refunds, returns, replacements, and damage claims are governed by our Refund Policy.
